Internship / Master Thesis Opportunity – Analog & RFIC Design (Sub-THz) (mm-wave and sub-THz integrated circuits): Designing and evaluating analog/RF building blocks for future high-speed wireless interconnect and sensing applications with an accent on circuit simulation, modeling, optimization, and performance evaluation. Focus on advanced CMOS technologies, industrial RFIC design flows, and collaboration across RFIC, antenna, packaging, and communication system design.

What you will do
- Design and analyze analog and RF building blocks operating at mm-wave and sub-THz frequencies.
- Perform circuit simulation, modeling, optimization, and performance evaluation.
- Collaborate with specialists in RFIC, antenna, packaging, and communication system design.
- Develop solutions for industrial challenges and future semiconductor product opportunities.
Requirements
- MSc student in Microelectronics.
- Strong interest in analog, RF, and mm-wave integrated circuit design.
- Curiosity, self-direction, and motivation to solve challenging engineering problems.
- Full-time availability for a 9–12 month internship or MSc thesis project.
Nice to have
- Experience with Cadence and circuit simulation.
- Experience with electromagnetics or communication systems.
