What you will do

• Coordinate and manage multiple IT infrastructure projects and changes simultaneously.
• Track project planning, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Facilitate collaboration between internal engineering teams, Change Managers, Service Delivery Managers, and customers.
• Lead customer meetings, provide status updates, and manage steering moments.
• Ensure clear communication, reporting, and comprehensive project documentation.
• Propose improvements to the delivery process within the RUN & BUILD organization.

Requirements

• Experience as a Project Manager or Project Coordinator in an IT or infrastructure-related environment.
• General understanding of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, cloud, and security.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Ability to work on-site in Louvain-la-Neuve at least 2 days per week.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience working within banking or other highly regulated environments.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, ITIL, or PRINCE2.
• Experience collaborating with distributed or multi-disciplinary teams.
• French language proficiency.
