What you will do

• Lead end-to-end software development projects within an Agile framework.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and delivery objectives.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and backlog refinement.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, DevOps, validation, and support.
• Ensure project compliance with quality and regulatory standards in a GxP-regulated environment.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular status updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Project Management or Technical Leadership.
• Proven experience leading custom software development projects.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Fluent English is mandatory; French is a strong asset.
• Experience working in regulated environments, ideally pharmaceutical or life sciences.

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure DevOps for backlog management.
• Certifications in project management or Agile methodologies.
