What you will do
- Lead end-to-end software development projects within an Agile framework.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and delivery objectives.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and backlog refinement.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, DevOps, validation, and support.
- Ensure project compliance with quality and regulatory standards in a GxP-regulated environment.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular status updates.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Project Management or Technical Leadership.
- Proven experience leading custom software development projects.
- Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Fluent English is mandatory; French is a strong asset.
- Experience working in regulated environments, ideally pharmaceutical or life sciences.
Nice to have
- Experience with Azure DevOps for backlog management.
- Certifications in project management or Agile methodologies.
