What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end onboarding process from intake through coordination and monitoring to closure.
  • Coordinate stakeholders including Private Bankers, Client, Financial Crime Prevention, Tax, and IT to manage dependencies.
  • Execute operational activities, including system inputs in IRIS and AAA and administrative onboarding steps.
  • Contact clients via email and phone to support data and document collection.
  • Monitor lead times and quality using KPIs and dashboards to trigger corrective actions.
  • Lead initiatives for data quality management across the full client lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Strong operational excellence in prioritization, disciplined follow-up, and stakeholder management.
  • Professional experience interacting with clients via email and phone.
  • Solid understanding of KYC/AML and operational controls in a regulated environment.
  • Data-driven approach with the ability to use KPIs and dashboards to monitor backlogs and quality.
  • Full professional proficiency in French and Dutch (national languages).
  • Good proficiency in English.

Nice to have

  • Experience with onboarding or remediation operating models (playbooks, entry/exit criteria).
  • Familiarity with documentation lifecycle processes and tools.
  • Experience with operational steering and reporting cadences using KPIs.
