What you will do
- Own the end-to-end onboarding process from intake through coordination and monitoring to closure.
- Coordinate stakeholders including Private Bankers, Client, Financial Crime Prevention, Tax, and IT to manage dependencies.
- Execute operational activities, including system inputs in IRIS and AAA and administrative onboarding steps.
- Contact clients via email and phone to support data and document collection.
- Monitor lead times and quality using KPIs and dashboards to trigger corrective actions.
- Lead initiatives for data quality management across the full client lifecycle.
Requirements
- Strong operational excellence in prioritization, disciplined follow-up, and stakeholder management.
- Professional experience interacting with clients via email and phone.
- Solid understanding of KYC/AML and operational controls in a regulated environment.
- Data-driven approach with the ability to use KPIs and dashboards to monitor backlogs and quality.
- Full professional proficiency in French and Dutch (national languages).
- Good proficiency in English.
Nice to have
- Experience with onboarding or remediation operating models (playbooks, entry/exit criteria).
- Familiarity with documentation lifecycle processes and tools.
- Experience with operational steering and reporting cadences using KPIs.
