What you will do

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on Metrology and Defect inspection tools.
• Troubleshoot and repair complex electrical, electronic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
• Monitor and upgrade wafer fabrication equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Complete detailed maintenance documentation and provide training to team members.
• Collaborate with Operations and Engineering personnel to resolve equipment issues.
• Ensure all safety, performance, and reliability requirements are met.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Minimum 5 years of experience specifically in Metrology/Defect areas.
• Solid understanding of SPC (Statistical Process Control) and FDC (Fault Detection and Classification).
• Ability to stand for up to 12 hours and perform physical tasks like crawling or lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• AS or AAS degree in Electronics or related industrial engineering field preferred, or equivalent experience.
