What you will do

• Design and deliver accurate, insight-driven Workday reports and dashboards across Core HCM and related modules.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into meaningful HR analytics.
• Continuously enhance global reporting capabilities to support improvements during Workday releases.
• Maintain high data quality by proactively identifying inconsistencies and implementing solutions.
• Support the delivery and validation of external HR reporting to ensure compliance and audit readiness.
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for HR Workday reporting support and troubleshooting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in HR reporting, HRIS, or workforce data analysis.
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining Workday reports.
• Advanced knowledge of Workday reporting including composite, matrix, and calculated fields.
• Strong data validation and testing mindset with high attention to detail.
• Must be based in Poland as the role is tied to the Warsaw location.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with external HR reporting frameworks such as GRI, CSRD, or SEC.
• Experience with analytical tools such as SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
