Senior Business Analyst

What you will do

• Elicit, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
• Translate business needs into high-level and technical User Stories.
• Support backlog management, refinement, and prioritization with Product Owners.
• Collaborate across multiple teams to ensure solution consistency.
• Participate in large-scale initiatives like system migrations and platform transformations.
• Support testing activities and UAT validation.

Requirements

• Must be based in the European Union region with a valid work permit.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and relational database structures.
• Experience with distributed systems and web-based development projects.
• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence.
• Strong experience in writing detailed technical User Stories with acceptance criteria.
• Excellent English and Polish communication skills.
• Practical experience using AI-powered assistants for analytical tasks.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of leasing or railway domains.
• Experience working with SAP systems.
• Experience applying GenAI within the SDLC and workflow optimization.
