What you will do

• Assist in modifying CNC programs to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
• Set up and operate CNC and manual machining equipment for smooth production transitions.
• Perform part inspections using precision measuring tools to ensure quality compliance.
• Identify equipment issues and collaborate with senior machinists for troubleshooting.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce cycle times and enhance safety practices.
• Maintain accurate records of tooling changes and setups.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• 1+ years of machining experience working with lathes and mills.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Menomonee Falls, WI.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• Successful completion of background checks and pre-employment testing.
