What you will do

• Act as the strategic data partner to Product and Engineering leads in the Productivity space.
• Define and own the long-term measurement strategy for productivity workflows, collaboration, and AI-powered assistance.
• Identify step-change growth opportunities and set bold, data-informed goals.
• Lead complex, multi-squad experimentation and establish robust decision frameworks.
• Build clarity across interconnected surfaces by aligning metrics across editing, workflows, and collaboration.
• Coach and grow senior data scientists while raising the bar for strategic thinking and influence.

Requirements

• Experience as a senior data leader and trusted thought partner to Product leadership.
• Strong systems thinking ability to connect multiple product surfaces into one clear measurement strategy.
• Expertise in experimentation and navigating ambiguous, exploratory problem spaces.
• Fluency in SQL and professional experience with Python or R.
• Proven track record of driving impact in high-growth or zero-to-one product areas.
• Experience with collaboration tools, workflow automation, or AI-assisted productivity products.
