What you will do

• Translate business challenges into analytical and technical hypotheses.
• Design and develop Machine Learning models and experimentation pipelines.
• Implement, test, and monitor production-ready models and deployment processes.
• Lead technical discussions and mentor other data scientists.
• Present results and recommendations to business stakeholders and leadership.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to drive business impact.

Requirements

• English: C1 or higher required
• Strong experience in Data Science and Machine Learning.
• Proficiency in Python or R and ML frameworks.
• Experience deploying models into production environments.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Strong SQL skills and experience with large-scale datasets.
• Knowledge of MLOps, model monitoring, and version control.

Nice to have

• Experience with Databricks, MLflow, or Lakehouse architectures.
• Knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG architectures.
• Experience in retail or consumer goods industries.
• Previous technical leadership or mentoring experience.
