What you will do

• Define and lead the data science strategy to enhance product features and customer experiences.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to senior Product and Engineering leadership.
• Drive the development of next-generation data science tooling and automated platforms.
• Spearhead the exploration and production-level integration of AI technologies, including Agentic AI.
• Champion statistical rigor through experimentation, causal inference, and uplift modeling.
• Mentor and develop data scientists while fostering a culture of technical excellence.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in data science or a similar quantitative role.
• Expert proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Proven track record of supporting and influencing product organizations.
• Deep expertise in statistical modeling, machine learning, and experimentation.
• Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring and coaching teams.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, etc.).

Nice to have

• Advanced programming background for simulations and prototyping.
• Experience validating quantitative findings with qualitative research methods.
• Demonstrated experience with applied AI, NLP, or LLMs.
• Background in two-sided marketplaces, e-commerce, or travel technology.
• Master's degree or equivalent.
