About the Role

You will lead growth programs from problem definition through launch governance and optimization. You will translate scheme and network rules into technical requirements controls and workflows while coordinating dependencies risks and readiness across product engineering commercial legal risk and regional stakeholders. You will also maintain roadmaps decision logs metrics and playbooks.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in technical program management product operations payments fintech risk compliance or similar cross-functional roles
• Strong understanding of payments infrastructure payment methods network rules or merchant payment flows
• Experience working with Product and Engineering teams to launch or improve systems workflows or controls
• Experience managing complex multi-stakeholder initiatives with competing priorities and dependencies
• Strong organizational planning execution risk management and follow-through skills
• Experience supporting compliance product legal or partner-related launches is a plus
• Exposure to merchant onboarding payment methods scheme rules or financial partner programs is a plus
• Ability to balance business goals with control requirements
