Location: Must be based in Madrid, Spain (Hybrid role).

What you will do

• Lead client discovery sessions and AI readiness assessments to identify high-impact use cases.
• Translate business requirements into structured technical architectures and implementation roadmaps.
• Build and maintain proof-of-concepts and reference implementations using agentic frameworks.
• Create and deliver interactive demos of AI capabilities tailored to specific client contexts.
• Produce detailed project estimates, SOWs, and technical proposals for enterprise engagements.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to senior client stakeholders throughout the sales and delivery lifecycle.

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish and English required.
• 8-10+ years of experience in solution architecture, software engineering, or technical consulting.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience building LLM-powered or agentic AI applications in production.
• Deep expertise with agentic frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
• Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with vector databases and embedding pipelines.
• Proven track record in a client-facing advisory or pre-sales architecture role.

Nice to have

• Experience in management consulting or professional services firms.
• Background in verticals such as Financial Services, Healthcare, or Manufacturing.
• Relevant certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP Solutions Architect).
• Exposure to enterprise AI governance and risk management frameworks.
