Salary: $245,400 - $337,370 USD (SF Bay Area)

What you will do

• Lead complex, high-stakes executive searches across the C-suite and senior leadership levels.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives on talent strategy, role design, and succession planning.
• Define and implement the global executive recruiting strategy, operating model, and standards.
• Establish best practices for executive assessment, calibration, and candidate experience.
• Manage partnerships with external retained search firms when necessary.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, and GTM leaders to translate business strategy into executive talent needs.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in executive recruiting or executive search.
• Proven track record of conducting executive searches in complex, fast-growing organizations.
• Combination of in-house executive recruiting and retained search firm experience.
• Direct experience partnering with global C-suite leaders.
• Exceptional executive presence, judgment, and discretion.
• Strong consultative and influencing skills with senior stakeholders.
