What you will do

• Answer incoming customer calls and provide prompt, courteous assistance.
• Collect and verify information needed for order fulfillment and customer interaction.
• Complete motor programming charts and manage shipping status reports.
• Assess applicable sales tax liabilities and process/collect outstanding customer balances.
• Manage Will Call reports and enter order samples.
• Maintain organized records by scanning and uploading orders into DocuWare.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with document management systems (DocuWare).
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
