• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, highly-available backend services.
• Integrate services into a larger event-based architecture and ecosystem.
• Collaborate with Product and UX teams to build customer-facing features.
• Apply a testing-first approach to ensure service reliability and performance.
• Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation and improve production systems without downtime.
• Actively participate in code reviews and contribute to team velocity.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional software development experience, preferably in backend roles.
• Proficiency in building robust, performant services using at least one programming language.
• Experience working with REST APIs.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly and work effectively across multiple teams.
• Strong sense of ownership and openness to constructive feedback.
