What you will do

• Design and implement data pipelines within the Snowflake ecosystem.
• Develop ingestion pipelines from diverse sources using Snowpipe and other tools.
• Create data transformations using SQL, Python, and dbt.
• Optimize existing ETL processes for cost, performance, and maintainability.
• Automate data workflows using Airflow or similar orchestration tools.
• Collaborate with product managers and end-users to translate business needs into technical requirements.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Snowflake and its toolset.
• 4+ years of experience in data modeling and ETL processing.
• Strong proficiency in SQL (specifically Snowflake's dialect).
• Experience with cloud data stacks in AWS or GCP (batch management, storage, and Data Lakes).
• Strong technical and business English proficiency.
• Proactive mindset and ability to cooperate with non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• SnowPro certification (especially SnowPro Advanced Data Engineer).
• Python development background focused on data ingestion and transformation.
• Experience with PySpark or Spark.
