What you will do
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems for global enterprise customers to ensure maximum product benefit.
- Perform root cause analysis and engage relevant stakeholders to resolve customer escalations quickly.
- Collaborate with Product experts and Engineering teams to fix bugs or enhance product features.
- Create and share knowledge articles while contributing to team mentoring and training efforts.
- Manage time and workload to meet or exceed operational goals in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Must be based in New Zealand.
- Experience in a product technical support role supporting global enterprise customers.
- Proven experience diagnosing issues at the application and OS level (Windows, Linux, or Mac).
- Strong understanding of OS fundamentals, including kernel space, memory management, and network IO.
- Hands-on experience using debugging tools and techniques for desktop or server environments.
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills with a strong customer focus.
Nice to have
- Specialization in SIEM/SOAR: log management tools, Kafka, container orchestration, and Regex.
- Specialization in Identity Management: Active Directory, MFA, Zero Trust, and protocols like SAML, Kerberos, and LDAP.
- Specialization in Cloud Technologies: SaaS environments, REST APIs, JSON/HTTPS, and tools like Docker, Kubernetes, Cassandra, or Elasticsearch.
