What you will do

• Lead the strategic expansion of e-commerce tracking across the platform.
• Build a new analytical function from scratch, including measurement infrastructure.
• Define scalable KPIs and performance metrics to drive product development.
• Translate platform analytics into actionable product features and growth strategies.
• Evaluate platform performance against industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, QA, and Design.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience in an e-commerce environment.
• Strong MVP-focused approach to analytics and platform performance measurement.
• Extensive experience with web analytics platforms like Google Analytics, Plausible, or Umami.
• Proficiency with BI tools and spreadsheets (Google Sheets, Excel).
• Ability to translate fluently between commercial stakeholders and engineering teams.
• Must be based in or able to relocate to Hamburg or Berlin, Germany.

Nice to have

• Experience with PowerBI.
• Passion for integrating AI tools like Claude or Cursor into development workflows.
