Location: Must be based in Las Vegas, NV (Hybrid: 3 days a week on-site required).

What you will do

• Create and maintain documentation including drawings, specifications, and ECOs for electro-mechanical assemblies.
• Lead the design of parts and assemblies within a multi-disciplined development team.
• Suggest innovations, design improvements, and cost reductions for existing product lines.
• Participate in cross-functional design reviews and prototype/pilot production builds.
• Provide technical consultation and support for patent applications.
• Ensure all assignments are completed within approved project budget and schedule parameters.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in an electro-mechanical product development environment.
• Solid understanding of Mechanical Drafting procedures and standards.
• Working knowledge of mechanical design packages such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or Solid Edge.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with junior and senior team members.
• Must be able to work on-site in Las Vegas, NV 3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Background in consumer products.
• Familiarity with PLM systems (Agile preferred).
• Experience with 3D modeling software.
