Salary: $130,000 - $145,000 yearly

What you will do
- Lead new product development (NPD) activities and drive technical deliverables for Stage-Gate projects.
- Design, develop, and optimize products for Process and Drainage Piping categories.
- Conduct VOC interviews, customer visits, and analyze industry trends to generate technical roadmaps.
- Create detailed product architectures, specifications, testing, and validation plans.
- Develop rapid prototypes and iterate designs to meet market needs.
- Collaborate with product management, sourcing, and quality assurance teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in product or sustaining engineering.
- Strong knowledge of fluid mechanics, materials science, and mechanical engineering principles.
- Proficiency in 3D CAD (AutoDesk Inventor preferred) and analysis tools (FEA, Simulation).
- Familiarity with industry standards (IPC, UPC, NPCC, ASME B31.3, ISO 10931, ASTM 1412).
- Understanding of DFM and DFA approaches.
Nice to have
- 3+ years of experience supervising or mentoring technical staff.
- Engineering experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience managing remote contract engineering resources.
- Experience in customer-facing roles such as technical sales or field service.
