What you will do

• Plan and implement technical and workflow solutions for News, Production, and Creative Services partners.
• Perform hands-on installation, configuration, and repair of field and newsgathering media production systems.
• Administer media production applications, systems, and infrastructure to ensure maximum reliability.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation for operational and troubleshooting purposes.
• Provide technical support and incident response for users within the media production environment.
• Ensure all technology operations comply with corporate cybersecurity policies and standards.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in broadcast systems engineering.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Radio, Television & Film, or equivalent experience.
• Expertise in SDI, NDI, and ST-2110 video infrastructures, as well as NRCS, NLE, and MAM systems.
• Proficiency in core IT fundamentals including virtualization, cloud compute, storage, and networking.
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
• Must be based in or willing to work onsite in Needham, MA.
