What you will do

• Build, configure, and manage Windows (2012–2022) and Linux servers, including troubleshooting, performance tuning, and software integration.
• Manage VMware virtual environment, backend hardware, Cisco UCS, and HP servers.
• Administer Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, file servers, and permissions.
• Handle patch management, backups, restores, disaster recovery, and compliance reporting using tools like SCCM and Ivanti.
• Support Horizon View VDI, anti-virus/endpoint security (e.g., SentinelOne), and Docker containers.
• Provide Tier 2 user support via ServiceNow, collaborate with teams, and document procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 5+ years enterprise experience with Windows and Linux administration.
• Experience with virtualization platforms, SCCM, Active Directory, networking fundamentals.
• Scripting skills in Bash, Python, PowerShell.
• Must have legal right to work in the U.S. and meet ITAR requirements (U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident, Asylee, or Refugee).
• Strong communication, organizational skills, and ability to work independently and in teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with Cisco UCS, SentinelOne, Tenable Nessus, ServiceNow CMDB.
• Experience with automation/AI tools like ChatGPT or Gemini.
