TL;DR

Sr. Director, Client Relationship Management Proxy Solutions, Non-Listed Issuer (NLI) (Hybrid - Flexible Options): Lead proxy campaign management for major NLI accounts by managing client-facing professionals and driving proactive outreach with an accent on campaign strategy, quorum-focused results optimization, and regulatory change responsiveness. Focus on escalation for complex accounts, go-to-market strategy and new product opportunity identification, and cross-team execution to recommend the best success path for proxy events.

Location: New York, NY

Salary: $165,000 - $175,000 Annual

What you will do

  • Lead and develop 2–3 client-facing professionals to manage successful proxy campaigns and serve as consultative partners.
  • Own strategy-led engagement for major NLI accounts and act as an escalation point for complex accounts.
  • Plan and execute campaign strategy, including building customized budgets and defining go-to-market strategies.
  • Monitor campaign results and coordinate with clients and the data strategy team to adapt strategy to reach quorum.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to recommend the best success path for proxy events.
  • Stay current on regulatory changes in the asset management space and participate as an industry thought leader.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Mutual Fund and/or Alternative Investment proxy management (or related experience) within a top-tier Asset Management firm.
  • Proven experience leading a team of client-facing professionals.
  • Demonstrated leadership, project management, and client engagement abilities.
  • Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
