What you will do

• Lead development and enhancements for Oracle EBS HRMS R12.1.3 modules including Core HR, Self Service, Payroll, and Oracle Advanced Benefits.
• Create and own technical solution designs for system enhancements.
• Review code and technical designs to ensure quality and performance.
• Prepare business process and requirement documentation.
• Provide support for functional design, technical design, and system integration testing.

Requirements

• Must be based in Seattle, WA
• 9+ years of experience in Oracle EBS HRMS technical development.
• Expertise in RICEWF and OAF.
• Strong academic background (MCA, MSc, ME, BE, BTech, MTech, or MBA).
• Ability to manage technical solution designs and documentation.

Nice to have

• Experience with Webservices.
• Proficiency in Java.
