What you will do
- Define complex business problems and propose architectural solutions.
- Execute the development, configuration, and deployment of the overall HRMS solution.
- Deliver value-adding consulting services to help clients adapt to the changing global landscape.
- Perform solution evaluation and validation prior to deployment.
Requirements
- 9+ years of professional experience in Oracle EBS.
- Deep expertise in Oracle HRMS R12, including Core HR, Payroll, OIC, OAB, and OTL.
- Proven track record in business process consulting, problem definition, and architecture design.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Apps technical skills.
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
