What you will do
- Interact with client business teams and end users to drive meetings and discussions.
- Design and develop technical solutions within the PeopleSoft HCM environment.
- Fix technical issues and ensure system stability.
- Coordinate with offshore teams and other stakeholders to ensure project delivery.
Requirements
- Must be based in Troy, MI
- 8-10 years of experience in PeopleSoft HCM technical consulting.
- Strong domain knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM.
- Proven experience in business user interaction and requirement gathering.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE).
Nice to have
- Experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.2.
- Proficiency in PeopleTools 8.55.14.
- Experience with Oracle 11g databases.
