What you will do

• Lead, grow, and coach team members to expand their capabilities and build long-term talent.
• Identify, recruit, and hire software engineers to scale the team effectively.
• Take ownership of product architecture to ensure cost-effectiveness, reliability, and scalability.
• Partner with product and detection teams to improve logic for identifying compromised accounts.
• Eliminate complexity and automate processes to build maintainable, scalable systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience building distributed systems at scale in the cloud.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, Scala, or Java.
• Command of data technologies such as Kafka, Flink, Airflow, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Experience managing geographically distributed or remote teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with data science or AI/ML projects.
