What you will do

• Lead the full lifecycle of data engineering projects, from requirement gathering to production deployment and monitoring.
• Design and maintain complex data transformations using Python, Airflow, and DBT within Snowflake or similar Data Lakes.
• Build and scale automated workflows using Apache Airflow to manage sophisticated data dependencies.
• Implement CI/CD processes and rigorous version control using GitHub to ensure high engineering standards.
• Establish automated data validation processes to ensure accuracy and integrity across all pipelines.
• Partner with Analytics, Sales, and Marketing teams to create curated datasets for strategic insights.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in data modeling, SQL, Python, DBT, and Apache Airflow.
• Deep expertise in Cloud databases such as Snowflake or Redshift.
• Hands-on experience with Marketing datasets, including campaign performance, funnel stages, and revenue attribution models.
• Expertise in architecting scalable DBT projects using custom macros, Jinja-templated logic, and modular structures.
• Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD) and source control tools (GitHub).
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with Marketing Automation tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, People.ai, or Outreach.
• Understanding of machine learning concepts and ability to support feature store development.
