What you will do

• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions for patients struggling with substance use.
• Develop and revise personalized patient treatment plans while maintaining comprehensive clinical records.
• Perform intake and readmission services, including social and vocational assessments.
• Provide crisis intervention and coordinate care with community providers.
• Ensure adherence to all federal, state, and local regulatory requirements and accrediting standards.
• Participate in in-service training and contribute to a supportive, inclusive team environment.

Requirements

• Must hold an active LADC license in the state of Minnesota.
• Demonstrated knowledge of human behavior and substance abuse treatment methodologies.
• Ability to make effective decisions and exercise judgment in sensitive or stressful situations.
• Strong documentation skills for inter-agency and regulatory reporting.
• Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and professional ethics.
