What you will do
- Operate high-speed converting and packing equipment.
- Control manufacturing processes from computer terminals.
- Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment.
- Learn line operations and maintenance through a technical training program.
- Help maintain production flow, performance targets, and product quality.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree in Industrial Technology or an equivalent technical or vocational course.
- Relevant fields include Mechanical Technology, Electrical Technology, Mechatronics Technology, Electronics Technology, Utilities Technology, and Machine Shop Technology.
- Willingness to work a shifting schedule, if permitted by the school.
- Strong technical, interpersonal, analytical, oral, and written communication skills.
- Good computer literacy.
- Must work at the Cabuyao Plant in the Philippines.
