Facilities Unit Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: Cabuyao, Philippines; onsite at an industrial manufacturing facility.

What you will do

• Develop, implement, and oversee preventive maintenance programs for electrical and mechanical facility systems.
• Supervise technicians performing inspections, maintenance, troubleshooting, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate facility, utility, and equipment requirements with production and support departments.
• Monitor and improve plant systems, utility consumption, equipment performance, and resource utilization.
• Prepare technical plans, material specifications, cost estimates, and project requirements for installations, upgrades, and expansions.
• Manage spare parts, contractors, technical documentation, regulatory reports, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• Registered Mechanical Engineer, PME, REE, or PEE.
• At least 5 years of hands-on supervisory or managerial experience in facilities operations and maintenance within an industrial or manufacturing facility.
• Knowledge of HVAC, CDA, FDAS, fire protection, RODI, wastewater, plumbing, and building maintenance.
• Experience with critical-parameter trend analysis, budget management, 8D, RCA, and ISO 9001.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays when operational requirements demand.
