Senior Process Technician (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Support the setup, operation, monitoring, and troubleshooting of PLP Fan-Out Wafer Level Packaging and Fan-In WLCSP processes.
• Provide technical support to process engineers and production teams.
• Sustain process-line performance, product quality, and equipment uptime.
• Drive process integrity and yield-improvement activities.
• Support new process development, product qualification, and production ramp-up.

Requirements

• Technical diploma or degree in Electronics Technology, Engineering, Semiconductor Manufacturing, Mechatronics, or a related engineering field.
• 2–5 years of experience in electronics or semiconductor manufacturing.
• Experience with Fan-In and Fan-Out Wafer Level Packaging.
