What you will do

• Manage and lead the Customer Service Team in Sydney.
• Oversee customer accounts, order entry, and resolution of order-related issues.
• Manage the info email inbox, allocating queries and resolving complaints.
• Monitor and manage the customer backlog to ensure timely shipping and booking.
• Provide product and business partner support while maintaining quality data records.
• Coordinate administrative tasks, including archiving, mail, and stationery management.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in administration and customer service.
• Proven people management skills and ability to lead a team.
• Intermediate proficiency in Office 365, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Ability to manage ongoing projects and adapt to changing business needs.
• Commitment to health, safety, and quality management systems.
