What you will do
- Manage and lead the Customer Service Team in Sydney.
- Oversee customer accounts, order entry, and resolution of order-related issues.
- Manage the info email inbox, allocating queries and resolving complaints.
- Monitor and manage the customer backlog to ensure timely shipping and booking.
- Provide product and business partner support while maintaining quality data records.
- Coordinate administrative tasks, including archiving, mail, and stationery management.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in administration and customer service.
- Proven people management skills and ability to lead a team.
- Intermediate proficiency in Office 365, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Ability to manage ongoing projects and adapt to changing business needs.
- Commitment to health, safety, and quality management systems.
Nice to have
- Experience with Oracle ERP systems.
