What you will do
- Ensure high levels of customer service and client care across the QLD North region.
- Assist with rostering and arrange/provide clinic coverage when required.
- Support and improve efficiency of clinic operations across the region.
- Provide training and general support to the Client Care team.
- Help plan and coordinate local area marketing events, including logistics.
- Act as 3IC for the QLD North region.
Requirements
- Solid experience in client care and administration, ideally in a multi-site environment (allied healthcare experience highly regarded).
- Flexibility with a hands-on, agile approach.
- Ability to travel between clinics.
- Strong people skills with ambition/potential to step into a future leadership role.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills.
- Strong resilience, self-motivation, energy, and excellent organisational/time management skills.
