What you will do

  • Ensure high levels of customer service and client care across the QLD North region.
  • Assist with rostering and arrange/provide clinic coverage when required.
  • Support and improve efficiency of clinic operations across the region.
  • Provide training and general support to the Client Care team.
  • Help plan and coordinate local area marketing events, including logistics.
  • Act as 3IC for the QLD North region.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in client care and administration, ideally in a multi-site environment (allied healthcare experience highly regarded).
  • Flexibility with a hands-on, agile approach.
  • Ability to travel between clinics.
  • Strong people skills with ambition/potential to step into a future leadership role.
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills.
  • Strong resilience, self-motivation, energy, and excellent organisational/time management skills.
