What you will do
- Develop and implement proactive outreach services to support student retention and academic success.
- Monitor student engagement and performance, conducting interventions to resolve concerns.
- Handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls to support students throughout their academic journey.
- Facilitate student orientation and assist with navigation of online learning platforms.
- Maintain accurate documentation of outreach and student interactions within the CRM.
- Collaborate with academic and professional staff to triage and resolve complex student issues.
Requirements
- Must be a resident of Australia
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, operations, or student services.
- Ability to manage sensitive and personal conversations with high emotional intelligence and professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- 2+ years of experience in student services within the higher education sector.
- Mental Health First Aid certification.
