What you will do

• Lead analog, digital, power, and mixed-signal circuit design for new and existing products.
• Create schematics, run simulations, and make architecture, component-selection, and system-level design decisions.
• Oversee and review PCB layouts for signal integrity, power distribution, EMC, thermal performance, and manufacturability.
• Lead prototype bring-up, hardware testing, design verification, troubleshooting, and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with firmware, mechanical, manufacturing, and quality teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Prepare specifications, test plans, test reports, ECOs, and compliance documentation while mentoring junior engineers and technicians.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in electronics design or product development.
• Strong knowledge of analog, digital, power, and mixed-signal design fundamentals.
• Experience with schematic capture and PCB design tools, preferably Altium.
• Hands-on experience with oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and other laboratory equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex hardware systems and collaborate across engineering disciplines.

Nice to have

• Embedded hardware development or collaboration with firmware teams.
• SPICE-based simulation experience and Python scripting or automation.
• Experience with line-voltage or high-power electronics.
• Knowledge of UL, cUL, CE, and EMC standards and certification processes.
• Experience supporting products through manufacturing, sustaining, or compliance phases.
