What you will do

• Lead the design and development of analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuits for safety-critical electronic systems.
• Oversee PCB layout activities with a focus on signal integrity, EMC, and thermal management.
• Perform prototype bring-up, complex hardware troubleshooting, and design verification.
• Collaborate with firmware, mechanical, and quality teams to ensure seamless product integration.
• Provide technical mentorship to junior engineers and technicians.
• Generate comprehensive design documentation and ensure compliance with industry safety standards like UL and CE.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Engineering.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in electronics design or product development.
• Strong proficiency in analog, digital, and mixed-signal design fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience with schematic capture and PCB design tools, specifically Altium.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex hardware systems using lab equipment like oscilloscopes.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience with embedded hardware development and firmware integration.
• Familiarity with SPICE-based simulation tools.
• Background in line-voltage or high-power electronics.
• Scripting or automation experience using Python.
• Knowledge of UL/cUL/CE certification processes.
