What you will do

• Lead proposal activities, solution planning, and technical leadership for MDM implementation projects.
• Drive migration initiatives throughout all phases, from requirements definition to final execution.
• Develop long-range strategic plans and roadmaps for IT infrastructure and operational execution.
• Optimize endpoint management using products such as Microsoft Intune to improve security and efficiency.
• Enhance employee engagement by implementing Digital Employee Management (DEM) and Digital Employee Experience (DEX) solutions.
• Collaborate closely with Architects, Technicians, and Project Managers to ensure project success.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in implementing MDM solutions (e.g., Microsoft Intune, Workspace ONE).
• Proven track record of leading IT device management projects.
• General project management skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills for direct coordination with client-side project leaders.

Nice to have

• Experience in upstream phases, including strategy planning and solution design.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID.
• Microsoft-related certifications or project management certifications (e.g., PMP).
• English proficiency.
