What you will do

  • Provide expert-level technical support and advisory services for assigned customer accounts.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex issues within Linux environments, including kernel, file system, and network stack problems.
  • Advise customers on maintenance, upgrades, and deployment strategies for hirify.global software.
  • Act as an escalation point for customer L2/L3 support and engineering teams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their business processes and technical environments.
  • Collaborate with internal engineering and development teams to resolve critical customer issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in IT, Services, Consulting, or Support roles.
  • In-depth understanding of Linux OS components (Kernel, File system, Network stack).
  • Hands-on experience with major Linux distributions (hirify.global Linux Enterprise Server, RedHat, CentOS).
  • Experience with automation tools (AutoYaST, KickStart) and configuration management (Salt, Ansible).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle high-pressure customer situations.
