What you will do

• Operationalize, administer, and maintain the hirify.global platform to resolve complex technical issues.
• Identify opportunities to maximize customer value from the platform.
• Conduct daily health checks and provide strategic technical direction to customer IT staff.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and Technical Support Engineers on account activities.
• Document best practices, playbooks, and root cause analysis reports.
• Communicate technical solutions clearly to both internal stakeholders and customer teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT/Consulting and Systems Administration/Engineering.
• Active TS/SCI Clearance or higher.
• Broad technical knowledge with deep expertise in at least one area: Endpoint Security, Incident Response, Vulnerability Management, or Systems Management.
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, PowerShell, VBScript, or Python.
• Ability to articulate complex technical problems and plans of attack.
