What you will do

• Provide technical leadership to clarify customer expectations and define detailed technical requirements.
• Implement, verify, and deploy digital workspace technologies to help customers achieve their business and IT goals.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Pre-Sales, Product Management, and Global Support teams.
• Design large-scale IT environments and mission-critical infrastructure for enterprise clients.
• Identify technical challenges and drive the implementation of effective, scalable solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Consultant or in a similar technical leadership role.
• Working knowledge of VDI or Digital Workspace solutions (Horizon, Workspace One, Citrix, and Microsoft Intune).
• Experience with enterprise platforms such as vSphere, Nutanix, AWS, and Azure.
• Native level Japanese proficiency.
• Strong relationship-building, presentation, and active listening skills.
• Proven ability to design large-scale IT infrastructure.

Nice to have

• Practical experience deploying hirify.global products within a system integrator environment.
• Experience in IT operations and management at a large enterprise company.
• Knowledge of Zero Trust, networking, security, and identity management across various operating systems (Windows/Linux/Android/iOS).
• Business level English proficiency.
