What you will do

• Provide hands-on hardware and software support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for local employees.
• Manage the full device lifecycle, including procurement, provisioning, deployment, and maintenance.
• Administer network infrastructure, including wireless and VPN management.
• Configure and manage SaaS tools such as Slack, Google Workspace, Jira, and JumpCloud.
• Support AV/VC platforms like Zoom and manage identity providers including Okta.
• Create and maintain documentation for IT processes, procedures, and configurations.

Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant work experience in IT support.
• Bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English (Business Level).
• Strong experience with MacOS, Windows, SaaS platforms, MDM, and networking.
• Familiarity with developer tools such as GitHub, GitLab, and Jenkins.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for handling users at all organizational levels.
• Ability to logically prioritize tasks and meet deadlines under pressure.

Nice to have

• Scripting experience (PowerShell, Bash, Python) for automation.
• Experience with Apple developer and certificate management.
• Familiarity with creating group policies for standardization and security.
