What you will do

• Source candidates using direct search, networking, headhunting, and Boolean search.
• Conduct phone screenings and interviews to select qualified candidates.
• Manage the candidate journey and ensure a high-quality experience.
• Collaborate with sales and technical experts to validate candidate profiles.
• Participate in workshops to evolve the recruitment department.

Requirements

• Junior-level experience in a similar recruitment role.
• Knowledge of the IT industry and high-quality recruitment processes.
• Proficiency in Boolean search and candidate profiling.
• English: minimum B2 level required.
• Location: Must be based in or be able to work in Warsaw (Hybrid).
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
