Location: Hybrid model — 2 days per week in Warsaw office, rest remote. Must be able to work from Warsaw, Poland.

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes in a high-volume environment.
• Actively source candidates using various channels and approaches.
• Manage candidate pipelines and prioritize effectively in fast-moving settings.
• Maintain communication with candidates for positive experiences.
• Partner closely with hiring managers throughout the process.
• Analyze recruitment data, report insights, and suggest enhancements.

Requirements

• 1+ years experience in similar recruitment role.
• English B2; Polish C1 or native.
• Confidence with data and Excel as daily tool.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Comfort in fast-paced, changing environments.
• Collaborative mindset, ownership, proactive approach.
• Interest in gaming professionally or personally.
