Program Accounting Technician (Insurance)

What you will do

• Generate and review monthly miscellaneous and reinsurance invoices.
• Reconcile receivable accounts to the general ledger.
• Post and clear receivables for funds received from program managers and reinsurers.
• Route internal documents for signatures and manage assessment documentation.
• Partner with analysts to complete routine financial tasks.
• Ensure adherence to all SOX controls and department procedures.

Requirements

• US Work Authorization required (no visa sponsorship provided)
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associates Degree in Accounting preferred.
• 0-2 years of accounting experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Bedford, TX.
