What you will do

• Collaborate with account managers to design network architectures that improve performance and efficiency for enterprise clients.
• Deliver product presentations for Data Center and Cognitive Campus solutions, including CloudVision and security tools.
• Design and validate scalable campus and leaf-spine architectures leveraging EVPN and VxLAN.
• Provide design guidelines and turn-key recommendations in collaboration with Professional Services.
• Respond to RFPs/RFQs and provide technical feedback to Product Management and Engineering.
• Represent the company at SDN and Open Networking industry events.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Bay Area.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in L2/L3 networking design for Campus and Wi-Fi solutions.
• Expert knowledge of routing and switching, including BGP, OSPF, TCP/IP, and QoS.
• Experience with EVPN/VxLAN overlay technologies.
• Proficiency with industry-standard CLI.
• Proven background as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Network Consulting Engineer.

Nice to have

• Network industry certifications (e.g., ACE-L4, L6, L7).
• Experience building network automation with Python and Ansible.
• Strong technical writing skills for creating white papers.
