What you will do

• Lead moderately complex sustainability programs focused on product design and material changes.
• Coordinate efforts across departments, operations, design, and suppliers to ensure strategic alignment.
• Manage product development systems and sustainability tools while driving process improvements.
• Communicate program goals and progress to internal and external stakeholders.
• Facilitate cross-functional leadership collaboration to remove barriers and align on key decisions.
• Mentor junior team members and support team development and performance evaluations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of product development experience.
• Minimum 2–3 years of program management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects in a matrixed organization.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies including Agile and Waterfall.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States (E-Verify participant).

Nice to have

• Prior experience in sustainability initiatives.
• Experience managing offshore resources for engineering and business intelligence applications.
