TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (Fintech): Managing a portfolio of strategic accounts to drive platform adoption, client retention, and expansion with an accent on relationship building and product expertise. Focus on analyzing customer health data, conducting business reviews, and ensuring clients derive maximum value from the hirify.global platform.

Location: Must be based in Seattle, WA; role is 100% onsite (5 days a week).

Salary: $105,000 base + $20,000 variable commission.

What you will do

  • Manage a dedicated portfolio of clients to achieve quarterly retention and expansion goals.
  • Act as the primary product expert, conducting onboarding and training sessions to optimize platform usage.
  • Perform formal business reviews to measure client satisfaction and renewal probability.
  • Analyze customer health and usage data to identify trends and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to strategize on account retention and expansion.
  • Document all client interactions and activities in CRM systems to maintain accurate account records.

Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer success or account management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills with a self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset.
  • Interest in the private equity and venture capital marketplace.
