What you will do

• Serve as the primary liaison between on-lot productions and studio departments.
• Handle inquiries for television, film, commercial, and music video productions.
• Coordinate facility scouts, schedule resources, and manage on-lot work orders.
• Prepare deal estimates, manage billing, and resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Ensure studio facilities are prepared and maintained throughout the production lifecycle.
• Monitor compliance with studio safety and fire department regulations.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Doraville, GA.
• 3+ years of production or production-related experience.
• 1+ years of experience in a fast-paced, frenetic production environment.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new software quickly.
• BA/BS degree in a related field preferred.
