What you will do

• Underwrite E&S Homeowners and Dwelling risks within established authority limits.
• Manage assigned agency partners to drive profitable growth and gather market feedback.
• Conduct training sessions and participate in cross-functional team projects.
• Manage personal and shared email inboxes to ensure timely referral processing.
• Analyze insurance data to support production and profitability objectives.

Requirements

• 2+ years of property underwriting or insurance experience (homeowners/surplus lines preferred).
• Must be available to work on Central Time Zone schedule.
• US Work Authorization required (no visa sponsorship provided).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Teams.
• Experience in agency relationship management.
• Ability to travel quarterly for training and agency visits.
